The technology we depended on was not delivered in a timely manner, key platforms were missing at launch, and we faced ongoing legal disputes and a lack of response from our technology vendor. These issues directly impacted our ability to provide a stable, trustworthy trading environment. However, the responsibility for choosing that vendor was mine alone. I take full responsibility for failing to deliver the platform and experience that you, our traders, deserved. You placed your trust in ARK, and I was not able to uphold my end of that commitment. Here is what will happen next: All active challenge accounts will be fully reimbursed. All funded account balances will be paid out in full. Support will begin issuing refunds in the coming days. To my affiliates: thank you for your efforts, your support, and your belief in the vision. Please stop promoting the site effective immediately. Any balances owed to you will be paid in full in the coming days. You do not need to take any action. Our team will process everything carefully and ensure every trader and affiliate receives what they are owed. Thank you for being part of ARK Funded Trader. Despite the challenges, I am grateful for every trader and affiliate who believed in this vision. My priority now is to close this chapter with integrity, transparency, and respect for each of you.
